Speaker: Ann Riegle-Crichton

Ann Riegle-Crichton served as director of New Madison Public Library for 12 years before joining the Dayton Metro Library in 2013. She did her undergraduate work in communication and education at Miami University and earned a Masters in Library Science degree from Kent State University.

“I am well positioned to assist small business owners with their challenges because I have experience with everything from HR to vendor contracts, staff supervision, customer service and marketing,” she said. “I served as an adjunct instructor for Edison Community College, teaching public speaking and presentation skills. In my earlier career days, I served in an administrative role for two arts organizations and earned my management stripes working in a retail setting which was a great learning experience.”
