Shirlene is the Assistant Vice-President of WesBanco in Dayton. She has over twenty years of experience in banking, finance and economic development. Shirlene enjoys volunteering and being engaged in the community. She served as a Board Member and Loaned Executive for United Way of Greater Dayton from 1992-1995. She has been an active member of the Dayton Hispanic Chamber since 2011 and has served as the DHC Treasurer since Dec 2013.
