Claudia was born in Tijuana, Mexico, immigrated to San Bernardino, California at the age of two and was raised in Southern California most of her life until recently moving to Ohio in mid-2013. Claudia worked as a legal secretary in a prestigious law firm in Riverside, California, Dye, Thomas, Luebs & Mort. She continued working in a legal field with the County of San Bernardino District Attorney’s office, assisting Grover Merritt, Esq. on the “Three Strikes Law” appeals case.
Utilizing her legal background, Claudia was contracted with a General Construction Contractor from Brazil, Odebrecht, to facilitate with the Federal government contracts and procurement department. After dealing with many subcontractors and government entities, Claudia opened up Jani-Trol, Inc., her own janitorial supplies and services company in 1999, getting certified 8a, Small Disadvantaged, Minority and Women owned Business Enterprise (SDBE/MBE/WBE) through the Small Business Administration Office. In addition, to her legal, managerial and business entrepreneurship skills, Claudia is a Realtor/Notary Public in California, and a Financial Investment Advisor Representative for Primerica Financial Services in California and Ohio. In addition, Claudia has committed herself to community involvement and service. She is the treasurer for the Jacob Coy Middle School Parent Teacher Organization. She and her husband attend First Baptist Church, Kettering where they facilitate Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University courses. Claudia fosters increased social development opportunities throughout the Hispanic community, by volunteering at St. Mary Church in downtown Dayton as an English teacher. She is a member of the Downtown Toastmasters, improving and becoming a proficient public speaker. She lives in Beavercreek, Ohio with her Marine Veteran husband, Bryan Williams, her son Hayden Michael, 13 and daughter Savannah Lee, 12. She also has two adult children from her previous marriage. They are going to college in California, Hector Manuel Cachu the III, 22 and Erika Amanda Cachu, 20.
