To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Finance), at least one year of customer service experience, be able to pass a credit check, and be fluent in English and one of the below listed languages. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Assisting customers with bringing their accounts current
– Negotiating payment arrangements with customers
– Setting up customer payment plans
– Taking payments from lessees/owners who are 15 or more days past due on their payment terms

Qualifications:
