I Want to Be Like You! Women in Manufacturing Breakfast Series

April 11, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 9:15 am

$10

Presented by:
Fastlane For Growth Solutions
“Our goal with the Women in Manufacturing breakfast series is to facilitate real conversations that are focused on topics that matter to women in the industry; create informal mentorship, provide best practice sharing and foster collaboration within the local supply chain. The series will address tough issues and identify solutions to the challenges that women are facing; in an environment that lifts and strengthens one another both personally and professionally. All of this will strengthen the manufacturing industry as a whole.”

Increase Your Chance of Success through Mentoring
Did you have a person you wanted to be “just like” when you were young? Maybe you admired them from afar or maybe they personally helped form you into the person you are now. Whatever the case, it’s a very special connection when we can have a person like that in our lives. As we get more involved in our careers, it sometimes starts to feel difficult to find those people. Time gets in the way, maybe we don’t have that person immediately available to us in our organization, or maybe we don’t know how to begin to find that person. None of those things have to be a barrier to us finding a mentor or our confidential thought partner. Come and explore the in’s and out’s of mentoring experiences with Executive Coach, Rhonda Reagh, Ph.D. She will help you think about what you want in a mentor as well as exploring how to find a mentor and why we all need one.

Speaker: Dr. Rhonda Reagh

Rhonda is the principal owner of Reagh and Associates, a firm she launched in 2011 after a 32 year career in leadership of Ohio child welfare agencies. As the owner and CEO of Reagh and Associates, Rhonda provides personal and executive coaching, consulting and leadership development training. She is a well-respected resource for organizations and small businesses seeking help with problem-solving, skill development, team work and performance improvement.
