Increase Your Chance of Success through Mentoring
Did you have a person you wanted to be “just like” when you were young? Maybe you admired them from afar or maybe they personally helped form you into the person you are now. Whatever the case, it’s a very special connection when we can have a person like that in our lives. As we get more involved in our careers, it sometimes starts to feel difficult to find those people. Time gets in the way maybe we don’t have that person immediately available to us in our organization, or maybe we don’t know how to begin to find that person. None of those things have to be a barrier to us finding a mentor or our confidential-thought partner. Come and explore the in’s and out’s of mentoring experiences with executive coach, Rhonda Reagh, Ph.D. She will help you think about what you want in a mentor as well as explore how to find a mentor and why we all need one.
