AT&T and their Ohio employees are proud to report that the company has just been named 2012 Corporation of the Year by The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. AT&T’s approach to diversity and inclusion includes four areas of focus: workforce, supply chain, multicultural marketing and community involvement. Latinos represent 12% of AT&T’s total workforce and 16% of the company’s new hires. AT&T offers nearly 800 bilingual retail store locations, significant news and entertainment content in Spanish, and an advertising budget that focuses on Hispanic publications and outlets in particular.
