The Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan is a coordinated strategy to address the needs of transportation-disadvantaged individuals in Greene, Miami, Montgomery and northern Warren Counties. Those considered transportation disadvantaged include senior citizens, people with disabilities and low-income individuals. The plan is updated every four (4) years in conjunction with the update of the Long Range Transportation Plan, which is also developed by MVRPC. This is the first update of the Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan

Robert was born in General Trevino, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of south Texas, and became a naturalized US citizen in 1963. Robert has lived in the Dayton area for 25 years and started Salinas Industries as an automotive supplier in 2000.
