The Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan is a coordinated strategy to address the needs of transportation-disadvantaged individuals in Greene, Miami, Montgomery and northern Warren Counties. Those considered transportation disadvantaged include senior citizens, people with disabilities and low-income individuals. The plan is updated every four (4) years in conjunction with the update of the Long Range Transportation Plan, which is also developed by MVRPC. This is the first update of the Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan
